Providing School Supplies and Support to Girls from Girls
Pencils4Progress is a Seattle-based youth-led organization organizing activities, drives, and projects throughout the greater Seattle area to provide low-income girls with school supplies and support.
Through this website, we hope to create an online platform for girls to share resources and teach each other as a community, featuring articles from current middle school and high school girls made by girls for girls.
Black Lives Matter.
We at Pencils4Progress support and stand with the black community. The Black Lives Matter movement is incredibly vital right now, and we should all be working to fight against injustice.
Pencils4Progress is dedicated to providing a diverse platform and will be focusing on creating articles on the Black Lives Matter movement and providing resources for the public. Black Lives Matter.
The Pencils4Progress Team
Girls can do anything they put their minds to.
Our aim has always been to provide girls in need with school supplies and educational support through locally based projects and activities that provide necessary resources in underprivileged areas.
With the beginning of quarantine, we wanted to create an online platform for girls to help teach other girls and learn from each other through writing about their passions and providing resources to help other girls who may be interested in these passions as well. Read about these amazing articles from our amazing authors who are 6th-12th grade girls from all over the United States in the ByGirls4Girls page or see our most recent posts below!
